Bangladeshi mobile handset brand Goldberg has installed customer service centre, Your Care (YC) at the company head office at Karwan Bazar in the capital. Mother company of Goldberg, Khansons Group Chairman AKM Azizur Rahman Khan inaugurated the service centre at level seven of the company owning property Khansons Centre at Karwan Bazar on Wednesday (6th April).
Goldberg Founder Chief Executive Officer Abrar Rahman Khan, Chief Sales Officer Rasel Ahmed, Service Department Manager Mostafizur Rahman were, Chinese Delegates Rosa Dada, among others, present at the event. The company officials unveiled new brand logo of Goldberg on side-line of the inaugural session. Regarding the customer service of the company, Chief Guest AKM Azizur Rahman Khan said, “Goldberg is operating the customer service through 14 YC centres across the country.
Customers get instant solution for their gadgets. We provide instant service solution for software, speaker, touch problem with replacement offer for relevant problem with charger and battery.” Rahman also said, “There is available solution for mother board problem within three days in case of Dhaka and maximum five days for problems come from outside the capital.
The customer will get replacement facilities for any problem within 14 days of buying the gadget. We are determined to provide maximum experience of services.” The company officials informed that the customers will get service from the centre at free of cost paying on-demand parts price. Besides YC, the same service is available through 50 collection points in the country. Goldberg offers a dedicated call centre for the customer which is open from morning 10 AM to night 8 PM all days except government holidays.
